We would like to inform you that, pursuant to and in accordance with the article 7 of the Privacy Code (Law by decree 196/2003), your personal data will be treated on the basis of fairness, legality and transparency principles, relating to the protection of your confidentiality and your rights.

You will be able to exercise your rights at any moment towards the owner of the treatment, according to the art. 7 of the Law by decree 196/2003, that for your convenience we reproduce here following.
Law by decree n. 196/2003, Art. 7 – Right to access to personal data and other rights
1) The party concerned has the right to obtain confirmation whether of the existence of personal data referred to him/her, even if these are still not registered, and their communication in an intelligible way.
2) The party concerned has the right to obtain the following indications:
a) origin of the personal data;
b) purposes and modalities of the treatment;
c) logic applied in case of treatment effected with the help of electronic tools;
d) personal data of the owner, of the responsible and of the nominated representative according to the art.5, paragraph 2;
e parties or categories of parties to whom personal data can be communicated or get knowledge as representative nominated on the State territory, as responsible or charged.
3) The party concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the update, the correction, on the other hand, when he/her is interested, the data integration;
b) the cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous way or the block of the data treated in violation of the law, including the data for which the conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which they have been collected and subsequently treated.
c) attestation that the operations mentioned at the letters a) and b) have been carried acquaintance, also with regards to his contain, to people to whom data have been communicated or diffused, except in the case when this accomplish becomes impossible or involve an investment of resources clearly disproportionate with respect to the right guaranteed.
4) The party concerned has the right to oppose, totally or partially:
a) for lawful reasons lied to the treatment of the personal data concerned to him/her, still pertinent to the purposes of the collection.
b) to the treatment of personal data concerned to him/her with the purpose to dispatch advertising material or direct sale or to perform marketing surveys or commercial communication.
